Pre-natal massage has to be done by trained and certificated professional 

therapists who specialized in prenatal massage. And it is safe for the 

mother and child. *Recommended after 1st trimester.

  

How often should we go for a pre-natal massage?

Once or twice a week, but if you can afford it, you may go as often

as you like.

I will recommend 60mins for the first visit, because definitely you will 

go back for 90mins on your second visit onwards. 60mins mamassage

36 weeks 4 days = 9 months 4 days which means is anytime now.

Because of my baby, I've been doing all my baby laundry alone, I have

to wake up at about 9-10am (that's very early to me) where the sun is the strongest

to wash all his new clothing, mittens, socks, hats, bibs etc. too many things

to mention. Not even laundry, I've got to pack and clean the room while hubby

at work. I can't do things at a go, so everything takes abit each day. I've been 

started doing packing since the 19th Sunday (still doing). Also, dinner is served

by me, meaning i've got to buy groceries every afternoon. 

Awful stretch marks seen around my belly, think i can't wear bikini anymore,

instead of wearing tankini. Due to frying an egg for hubby's dinner the other 

day, the oil splash on my tummy and there goes awful blister at there. 

Sometimes, i do have this feeling but i dunno why, suddenly i don't feel

like giving birth. I just can't imagine how painful will i gain and how long

duration i have to suffer. Sometimes, i just feel like vent my anger out, 

cry like a baby with no reasons, or there is but i can't figure it out. 

I can't walk too much nor too long due to my big heavy baby. He's putting

on weight though i don't really eat much. My leg can't support him most of

the time. I got to rest more than i walk. But, to my hubby and MIL, they say must

exercise more. The problem is my leg and joint hurts. They don't understand at 

 my stands, they just want me to exercise more for easy delivery. 

  

Back ache also look for me everyday. My whole back is stiff and tight,

I need a massage like everyday but it's too heavy burden for me. So i try

to do my housework everyday slow and nice and bit by bit. But, my MIL

will be arriving soon, i can have lesser work to do and going for pedicure.

After my tummy getting bigger, i neglected my toe alot and that's because

I can't reach for my toe too.
