What is pre-natal massage?
To relax your tense muscles, ease your sore spots and improve blood 
circulation.

Is it safe to get a pre-natal massage?
Pre-natal massage has to be done by trained and certificated professional 
therapists who specialized in prenatal massage. And it is safe for the 
mother and child. *Recommended after 1st trimester.
  
How often should we go for a pre-natal massage?
Once or twice a week, but if you can afford it, you may go as often
as you like.

mamassage. I had tried and tested several therapists and each of them have 
their own techniques and hand skills to relieve your tired body. I can say 
it depends individual but definitely you should give it a try. You will

I will recommend 60mins for the first visit, because definitely you will 
go back for 90mins on your second visit onwards. 60mins mamassage
